In this summer of isolation and uncertainty, the message and spirit of Rise&Shine are more essential than ever. While we always teach the value of teamwork and cooperation when pursuing a goal; it is equally important to focus on the roles that positive individual leadership and personal accountability play in achieving positive community outcomes.
The 2021 Rise+Shine camps have been reimagined and redesigned to provide our attendees with a series of experiences and lessons that explore the habits, mental skills, and personal responsibilities that are critical tools for leaders of all ages.
Our teachers and mentors have been carefully selected based on their training and experience in these areas, and our attendees will enjoy lessons that explore: mental health, visualization, self-awareness, nutrition, positive-mindset, and more. Please note our camp is open to all youth aged 12-18.
To protect the health of our attendees, and in respect of the provincial guidelines, this summer will feature single day camps instead of our traditional weeklong overnight program. However, students are encouraged to register for multiple days as we will be joined by many different mentors throughout the summer.
To inspire youth to identify their strengths and passions; and to develop the skills required for ongoing success, well-being, and the pursuit of excellence.

Team BC Coach and Mental Performance Consultant Dani Wilson will teach daily lessons on promoting mental health, positive mindsets, and visualization skills.
Attendees will enjoy healthy lunches, snacks, and smoothies developed by our full-time chef as they learn about the importance of effective nutrition.
World class mentors from all walks of life who will share their unique perspectives as attendees participate in unique tailored lessons.
